Loflin Severe-Duty Max Brush Cutter | 72" & 78"
Brand: Loflin Fabrication
The Loflin Severe-Duty Max Brush Cutter is the premium land-clearing cutter in Loflin’s lineup. It combines an aggressive open-front design, four heavy-duty blades, and replaceable carbide mulching teeth to cut and break down thick brush, saplings, briars, and heavy overgrowth.
Unlike the standard Severe Duty model, the Max comes equipped with carbide teeth around its solid blade carrier. These teeth help shred and process material more thoroughly, making the Max a strong choice when reducing leftover brush and improving the finished result matters.
The direct-drive radial piston motor eliminates the conventional gearbox and shear pins while providing the torque required for demanding commercial clearing. Choose from 72" and 78" widths with motor configurations for both standard- and high-flow machines.
Best for: Commercial land clearing, property reclamation, trail building, pasture clearing, right-of-way maintenance, thick brush, saplings, and jobs where additional material breakdown is important.
Machine compatibility matters. Before ordering, confirm your machine model, auxiliary hydraulic flow, operating pressure, lift capacity, case-drain connection, and coupler size. CrewTough will help verify the correct configuration.

Shipping & Freight — What to Expect
CrewTough ships heavy-duty attachments and equipment across the U.S. Most items ship fast and trackable, but many of our products require freight (LTL) due to size and weight.
To make sure your order arrives smooth (and priced right), we may need a few details before freight ships.
Before Freight Ships, We’ll Confirm:
- Delivery type: Residential, Farm, Business, or Commercial
- Do you have a dock or forklift?
- Best contact number for the freight carrier to schedule delivery
- Any access notes: gravel roads, tight driveways, gate codes, limited truck access, etc.
Why this matters: Freight carriers price deliveries differently depending on the location type and unloading requirements.
