To make sure your order arrives smooth (and priced right), we may need a few details before freight ships.

• Do you have a dock or forklift?
• Best contact number for the freight carrier to schedule delivery
• Any access notes: gravel roads, tight driveways, gate codes, limited truck access, etc.

Why this matters: Freight carriers price deliveries differently depending on the location type and unloading requirements.
