MTW provides a 12-month limited warranty beginning at first purchase, lease, rental, or six months after shipment (whichever occurs first).
Coverage applies to defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
Exclusions Include:
Ground-engaging parts (teeth, sprockets, digging chains, cutting edges, broom brushes, etc.)
Bearings and wear components
Damage from misuse, modification, unauthorized repair, accident, or non-MTW parts
MTW reserves the right to repair or replace defective components.
Warranty must be registered within 15 days of commencement.
Claims must meet stated timelines and conditions.
