Stout Buckets takes pride in taking care of their customers and will accept back any unused and undamaged items you purchased from us within 30 days of purchase and refund you in full, minus all incurred expenses such as but not limited to the initial shipment cost. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and be in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs, contact returns@stoutbuckets.com for return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your return as well as an approval or rejection decision. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed to you in the best method, at the discretion of Stout Buckets, within 10 business days.
