The MAXX 14" & 16" Timberwolf Forestry Tree Shears are engineered for high-production forestry work, heavy land clearing, and commercial timber operations. Available in Grapple and Bunching configurations, the Timberwolf is built to give operators the cutting power, control, and durability required in the most demanding environments.

Designed with CrewTough DNA, this forestry shear uses 3/4" AR400 milled knife blades to slice cleanly through hardwoods, softwoods, and dense overgrowth. MAXX’s upgraded hydraulic system — featuring larger lines, reduced pressure loss, and a new 5" barrel / 3" rod shear cylinder — delivers up to 33% faster shear speed compared to competitive shears, dramatically increasing productivity on every job.

The Grapple models secure each tree before the cut, helping operators maintain full control during felling. The Bunching models incorporate an accumulator arm, allowing multiple trees to be held and stacked before unloading — a massive time-saver during high-volume harvest cycles.

With reinforced A572 tower construction, internally protected hose routing, guarded hydraulic hardlines, and MAXX’s proven engineering, the Timberwolf stands out as one of the strongest, fastest, and most dependable forestry shears on the market.
