Limited Warranty
All new MTW Attachments products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period, subject to the terms below.
Warranty Period
Coverage begins at the earliest of:
Date of purchase by end user
Date first leased or rented
6 months after shipment from MTW
Warranty ends 12 months after that start date.
What’s Not Covered
The following are not covered under warranty:
Wear parts (teeth, cutting edges, etc.)
Ground-engaging components
Damage from misuse, modification, or improper repair
Damage from accidents or unauthorized changes
How Warranty Works
MTW will repair or replace defective parts at their discretion
Product must be repaired within 30 days of failure
Warranty claim must be submitted within 30 days of repair
Return of Parts
If requested, defective parts must be shipped back to MTW for inspection
Freight must be prepaid by the buyer
Important Notes
No other expressed or implied warranties apply
MTW is not responsible for downtime or lost work
Warranty must be registered within 15 days of delivery or it is void
