Returns are accepted within 8 days of delivery for new, unused items in original packaging. A Return Authorization (RA) is required prior to return.
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return freight is the customer’s responsibility.
Non-returnable items include:
Used or installed products, custom or made-to-order items, clearance items, and hydraulic or electrical components once connected or powered.
Shipping damage or order errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Do not use damaged items.
Warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer. CrewTough will assist as needed.
