1. Returns and Refunds
We appreciate your business with Top Dog Attachments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of the Product:
The product must be unused and in original condition
It should not be damaged, altered, or modified in any way
All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
Restocking Fee:
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
This covers the cost of processing the return
Shipping Costs:
Buyer is responsible for return shipping
Buyer also covers the original shipping cost
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out by email or phone to start the return
Return Authorization: We’ll issue an RMA number — it must be on the outside of the package
Packaging: Pack it back in the original packaging so it doesn’t get damaged
Shipping: Send it to the address provided with the RMA clearly marked
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the product and confirm condition, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted.
