Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your return as well as an approval or rejection decision. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed to you in the best method, at the discretion of Stout Buckets, within 10 business days. If your return is rejected, you are responsible for shipping your item back to you, at your expense, within 30 business days.
